Default Ruger Single-Six????

The greatest wheel-gun ever made????...well I think so...mine's a 22LR/22WMR. I was recently on Ruger's website and I noticed that they don't have the Single-Six in .32 Mag on their product list. Now I know they make them because, I've seen several at various gun stores on my trips too Texas. Are they still being made or did they just quit production?

Are you sure they are Single Six's in .32Mag? I thought they were Vaquero's.

The 32 Single Six was discontinued years ago, and is much sought after by CAS shooters. The 32 "Vaquerito" was DC'd last year as well, I believe. Lots of them floating around, anywhere from 349-479 NIB.

There have been Single Sixes and Super Single Sixes chambered for the .32 H&R magnum cartridge. The SSS's were the adjustable sighted models that were discontinued quite a few years ago along with the .32 Bisley model. All were blued models with bbls ranging from 4 5/8" to 9 1/2" depending on model.
A few years ago Ruger started cataloging a Single Six in .32 also as a small caliber entry into the cowboy market. These were called Vaqueroitos by some but were simply regualar Single Sixes (fixed sighted models) they were available in blued/cch finish or a polished stainless finish with various grip materials. A birdshead model was also made on this frame. Many varitaions were made as distributor editions.
Last year the remaining stock of these were pruchased and wholesaled on clearnace by the TALO distribution group. Some were set aside and with added embellishments became the second series of the "Last Cowboy" models.
Heard at that time that Ruger had no intentions/likelyhood of re-cataloging the chambering.
