just curious... I'm in florida, and some now call it the "gunshine state" instead of the sunshine state!??

I thought FL had pretty fair gun laws. CA or NY would be my guess for the worst. Here in Mississippi is O.K.

I think that Idaho has the most liberal laws. The kids in N ID. still have gun's on the racks in the High School parking lot's.

Florida has been leading the way in CCW law since the 1980's. As it stands, these are among the best states for gun ownership...
FL AZ VT (yes, in the liberal northeast) TX ID The worst? Take your pick... MA CA NY DC HI Pat Hurley |

I move to have the worst ones and all their municipalities banished from the US for violation of the US constitution.

West Virginia has pretty lax gun laws except you can't have an uncased firearm in your car on sunday or at night.

Mr Magnum,
It gets over 100 down here in the southwest deserts of Idyho. There's more to this state than mountains and snow.

You all forgot about Alaska!
It is right there with VT, but better. No ccw required, open carry, concealed carry with no permit required. You may receive a ccw with the benifit of no backround check when you buy your next firearm. New Mexico, one the blue states, receives a D- from the Brady Bunch I think.
