Default Hot Crab Dip

This is great with crackers or bread cubes. Very easy to make.

1 large brick of cream cheese
4 oz of shredded Jack cheese (we like pepper jack)
1 can of crab meat, 1/2 drained, (2 cans if you like)
1 tsp horseradish (or not - I like the zing it adds)
black pepper to taste

In a medium sized microwave safe bowl, melt the cream cheese for 30 seconds. Remove and mix in the other ingredients. Microwave for another minute stir and serve hot.

Prep time is less than 5 minutes.

Enjoy

ISB...
