Default U.S. Navy recruiting bilboard "Este Es Mi Pais"

I've seen this U.S. Navy recruiting bilboard around the Cincinnati area "Este Es Mi Pais". Have you seen it in your area?

This is my country? A little too far north aren't they? Maybe it's a new trap by the Border Patrol....trying to lure illegal aliens in where they can truck them back to the border........nah, that's not in the plan at this time after election day. Not sure what it means.......

Pais is "Country" then?

Never heard that one, nor do I understand what it is saying.
