What's the best type/grain ammo to use in a Chinese SKS?

In my Chinese SKS
Just playing and plinking I use Wolf's Fmj I am pretty sure it is 122gr.

For hunting(Deer) and serious accuraccy I use either 123 gr. V-Max or Wolf's Soft point which is 154gr.

I really love shooting the ballistic tipped V-Max I would use it for plinkin if it wasn't more exspensive than Wolf

That V-MAX ammo is the funnest I play with in my SKS. I just use Wolf though cause it is about 1/5 of the price

For fun/plinking I like mil-surp, for hunting a SP round.
