we got a new puppy (pics included)
we got a new puppy last wk. we named him thurston howle.
 this is the smallest dog we have EVER owned!  he's 8 wks old. (click on the pics to make them larger.)   playing counterstrike w/ james.  w/ josephine & darth. josephine is our great pyrenese that will be 1 yr old at the end of may.  the size difference in these 2 dogs is astounding! (the cat is bowden in that last pic.)

He's a cutie, Rosie! It's so amusing to see a little dog like that interacting with one as large as a Great Pyrenese! I bet they become the best of friends; it often works out that way, kind of a "Mutt and Jeff" thing.

Er, a, Rosie, I would be VERY CAREFUL with shoes around your house for a while. Puppies just LOVE their people's shoes (not to mention anything else that smells like their people) and have been known to air condition them for you, free of charge!

the poor neighbors are kinda SLOW in that regard. there are at least 2 foreign shoes out on our back deck right now as i type. she tears them up, so i'm not taking them back to them. heehee. i'm not locking her up either! she's here to guard the pastures... i cant figure out WHY they are still leaving their shoes outside tho.  LOL!! but, at least she's not as bad as gypsy was at this age. gypsy was bringing all kinds of stuff home, including bags of dog food!
