The three people the police should arrest in every big city to reduce crime!
There are three people in any decent size city that are responsible for a large amount of crime. They are :
Two dudes, and some bi*ch! Victim brought into ER after being thumped is questioned by the police. Why beat you up then stabbed you? Two dudes! Victim in ER after being shot. Who shot you? Some b*tch! Who car jacked you? Two young dudes. Who robbed your store? Two dudes.
