Range Report - Sig P220 Carry SAS - The Firearms Forum

From earlier today. 30 feet, Winchester 230 grain:

(Note: The target on the left has a hole in the UPC code. That's where the guy in the next stall wanted me to try a couple of his handloads, so I tried to shoot the pushpin.)

50 feet, Winchester 230 grain:

I was getting pretty tired by the time I moved the target out to 50 feet. Lemme tell ya, when you've been used to a Hi-Power for over 15 years and then switch to a lightweight .45 with less than 4" of barrel and it's double-action only, shootin' becomes a lot of work!

I'm ready for a cold beer and a hot supper. Oof!

I happen to perfer it.....

Those Sigs are fine guns!!!! Congrats.

Hahaha... Yeah, I'm trying to get used to the DAO feature. It's great for carrying, but makes for a tough day at the range. Of course, that's just the excuse I'm looking for to go buy the new P220 Match SAO version...!

Y'know, it's funny y'all mentioned Glocks...

Just before I arrived at the range, someone's Glock blew up. He was trying out some hot handloads and BOOM!
