I have bought a large amount of reloading equipment and supplies from MidwayUSA.com and they have been easy to work with. Recently, I decided to load some pistol rounds after letting my gear sit for a couple of months. I had bought a Frankford Arsenal Micro reloading scale back in Dec 06'. I could not get this thing to calibrate right or weigh charges accurately. I even tried fresh batteries. I finally gave up and called Midway to see what my options were. The girl was very friendly and without any problems said they would send me a brand new one for free and I didn't have to return the old one.
I was really suprised to get some quality customer service. It is a hard thing to find now days.

I've bought bulk ammo from Midway and they've always been prompt on the shipping & supplying tracking #'s and such.

Count your lucky stars, guys.
Twenty years ago it was not like this. It was not untill Lee undercut the old standby's in prices did the prices tend to fall and it was not until Dillon gave unbelievebly good service (similar to what you described from Midway) that the service got to today's high standards. Midway is good. Dillon is good. RCBS is now good. Good service has swept through the industry and those that don't give it suffer. LDBennett |

If you really like Midway and are planning on doing continued service with them you should consider getting a Curio and Relic license. If you send a copy to Midway they will give you dealer discounts that will more than pay for the $35 fee for a 3 year license.

It was extremely straight forward and only took about 5 weeks for the whole evolution. Well worth it since I collect C&R firearms as well and can have them sent straight to the house, no FFL fees. I have seen some items on Midway I want that would pay for the license in one purchase.
