I've been bottling these things up inside. Got to air them out a little. These are things I hear with nauseating frequency on the airwaves, or they make no sense to me and just sound stupid. There is no particular order. I will not further explain nor apoligize for any. I'm just tired of hearing about it.

1. "shark infested waters"
2. "plastic gun"
3. "turned the gun on himself"
4. "first reports had indicated"
5. "a crowd of worshippers"
6. "preferred weapon of criminals"
7. "recreational drugs"
8. "medicinal marijuana"
9. "global warming"
10."male erectilie dysfunction"
11."male enhancement"
12."vagisil"
13.Paris Hilton or Britney Spears (any of a dozen other media darlings)
14.saying "basically" with every other sentence
15."gas guzzling SUV"
16. "caused by an SUV"
17. "mean spirited"
18. "illegal alien"
19. "person of interest"
20. "entered rehab"

I feel better already.

Hackneyed cliches everyone of them. It just goes to show the talking heads on TV contain no brains worthy of note.

Politically correct substitutions

1. "shark infested waters" - you are on the bottom of the food chain
2. "plastic gun" - does not squirt water playfully
3. "turned the gun on himself" - squirted water in his mouth - playfully
4. "first reports had indicated" - original reports were deluded by later facts
5. "a crowd of worshippers" - fell to their knees before me, throwing money
6. "preferred weapon of criminals" - the second ammendment
7. "recreational drugs" - vacation euphoria
8. "medicinal marijuana" - Timothy Leary's dead
9. "global warming" - solar cooling
10."male erectilie dysfunction" - can't get it up
11."male enhancement" - can't find it
12."vagisil" - cream to rub in and see what happens
13.Paris Hilton or Britney Spears (any of a dozen other media darlings) - no comment
14.saying "basically" with every other sentence is basically basic
15."gas guzzling SUV" - burns gas
16. "caused by an SUV" - gas burning
17. "mean spirited" - politically correct
18. "illegal alien" - Resident of Californina
19. "person of interest" - one suspected by aliens of being normal
20. "entered rehab" - a normal person, after escaping aliens

I feel better already

But, don't tell them I said so!

"the gun went off". You see this in print when one knucklehead shoots his buddy by accident.

They'd have us believe the gun was like a bomb, pre-programmed to "go off" with no human intervention.

Just once I'd like to see the truth: "He pointed the gun at Bubba and pulled the trigger."
