A young kid was walking past the white house one day with a wagon load of newborn puppies, slick willie clinton saw this and went to ask if the puppies were for sale.....the little boy proudly said, yes sir, these democratic puppies are for sale, but not until they are 8 weeks old....clinton thought it was cute the boy calling them democratic puppies, so he says, come back when they are ready, and I will buy one...the little boy says.....ok

2 weeks roll past and clinton see's the boy out in front of the whitehouse and walks up to him and says..I'll take a democratic puppy....they little boy says, but these are republican puppies.....clinton says, well when they were born you said they were democratic puppies....the little boy says.....well, now their eye's are open
