G'day Texan welcome , i'm in Australia but have a friends through Disabled veterans who's in CO. who makes custom stocks for folks and has a few factory ones left with him , he sell these for between $40 and $50 on ebay , 100% clean go for $50 and anything less than perfect is $40

Not much as there's just a LOT out there. You might get $25 for a mint one taken of an unused gun but I wouldn't expect much more unless it had some very nice grain. I'd think $20 is more reasonable. Just very little demand and a big supply.

Yeah, after-market stocks for the 10-22 are so popular there's a pile of unwanted *sniff* factory stocks floating around.
