the H&R 'Trapper' was manufactured betwee 1924 and 1941. it is a 6 inch barrel with over size wood grips version of the model 1906. value for a trapper would run about $125 in 60 to 70% condition. higher for better and lower for less condition. this small frame 22 rimfire was chambered for 22 short or Long and should not be fired with long rifle ammo.
there are no known factory serial number records of pre-1940 H&R handgunsbut your serial number is adout middle of the numbers i have studied. my best guess would be the early 1930's the 'trapper model' is considered collectible but most collectors want the better condition examples 85 to 95%. bill
