I had occasion to deal with Magnum Research Inc. regarding my Desert Eagle Mark XIX .50AE. Without a doubt, the service provided was some of the best I have ever experienced in the gun industry.

I must admit that I had some reservations when initially buying this gun due to the incredible cost. However, after seeing how MRI stands behind their products, I am getting ready to buy my third pistol from them. I love their weapons and I can now say, with complete honesty, if you buy from them your investment is backed by top-notch customer service!
