Default Crooked Creek Casserole

2 Cups hot cooked rice
3 tablespoons butter
1 can string beans, drained
1 envelope onion soup mix
4 minute steaks
1 tablespoon bbutter
1 can (4oz.) sliced mushroooms with liquid
1 tablespoon steak sauce


Mix rice, butter, string beans and onion-soup mix well and put in well-greased Dutch oven. Quickly brown minute steaks in 1 tablespoon of butter in hot skillet. Place browned steaks over rice/string bean mixture in Dutch oven. Heat mushrooms, liquid, and steak sauce in skillet. Scrape pan and pour over steaks in oven. Cover and place over moderately hot coals for 30-45 min. until all is hot and married. SERVES 4
