2 lbs. venison steak, cut 1 inch thick
2 large onions, sliced flour, salt & pepper 1/4 cup cooking oil 1 can sliced mushrooms 1 cup water 1 beef bouillon cube Roll steaks in flour seasoned with S & P. Heat oil in heavy skillet. Brown meat on both sides. Saute onions until they are limp but not brown. Add mushrooms, water, and bouillon to skillet. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 1 hr. SERVES: 4
