Default Round Steak Oriental

3 lbs. round steak, cut 1 1/2" thick
1/4 cup medium-dry sherry
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 teaspoon steak sauce

Misx herry, soy sauce, oil, ginger, and steak sauce. Tell your butcher that you intend to broil the round steak so he'll cut it 1 1/2" thick. Let steak stand in marinade for 1 hr., turning often. Broil over very hot coals until outside is nicely brown and crisp and inside heated but rare. This should take about 6-10 min. per side. Serve steak sliced very thin. SERVES: 4
