Default Mauser 200 meter rear sight

Hi all,
I own a Mauser Es340 or possibly it is an Es350 .22LR. I need a Mauser manufactured 200 meter micro-adjustable rear sight for it. Any ideas where one might look for these sights or parts for them? You can see what one looks like by vewing pics at
collectiblefirearms.com or just Google Mauser Es340.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Smile Re: Mauser 200 meter rear sight

Dear Daisy Pusher: I fear you have a considerable internet search ahead of you to find exactly what you need to restore that mauser rear sight to its original state. I have not seen one of these in many years. I wonder if it could have been the inspiration for the 200 meter sight on the CZ Lux. Many models of the mauser military sights may be highly similar to what you have and bear the parts you need. Visit some gun shows and gravitate to the gentlemen who deal in iron sights, their parts, and their fragments, you may find what you seek. Meanwhile, I'll keep my eyes open and your need in mind. Good luck in your search.
