Finnish Mosins,and converting them - The Firearms Forum

I just picked up a Finnish Mosin 91/30, and I want to use it for hunting. Was considering an ATI stock and scout scope mount, but I'm not sure this stock will work on a Finnish rifle. Anyone know for sure? Before I get smacked, I do not intend to do anything to permanently modify the rifle. The mount I found is installed on the pin for the rear sight.(I think) I really just want to clean it up and put it on a weight loss program to make it a little easier to pack up and down these NC mountains.Any help will help guys, all I really know is this rifle runs 7.62x54 and it shoots great.Educate me!
