Default abbreviations

Would ya'll help me out here? I ain't too caught up on these "short terms".

LMOA or LMAO ?

IMO?

FTF? (This one I really don't get, I thought it was Fail To Fire. I contacted a guy here with a rifle for sale, he wanted to keep the sale "FTF" in his state)

If there's others I might come across, would ya'll fill me in right quick.

FTF Fail to Fire or Face to Face for a transaction

I am assuming that LMOA is a variation of that.

ROFL = Rolling on the floor laughing, often combined with MAO for ROFLMAO or rolling on the floor laughing my a$$ off.

Delta, the ones you have to worry about are FUBAR and SNAFU, at least if you're on a mission.

Yeah Pistol...but if ya work somewhere snafu then fubar's are less obvious

Now, here's some more, that not everyone might be aware of:

WTG

WTF?

G2G (sometimes GTG)

PWN

LOL

OMG! (sometimes ZOMG!!)

FTW (sometimes 4TW)

CUL8R

LFG

Some of these are gamer-specific, as in they are mostly typed by those involved in online games.
