Default Makarov or CZ-82, which would you pick?

If you had to decide on a Makarov or a CZ-82 as a carry gun, what would be your preference, and why?

CZ-82 because it'll fit my hands better. I had a Mak and it was a nice gun but my hands didn't form well with it; I have big, somewhat fat, hands.

I'm tempted to pickup a CZ-82 just because. Looks like it would be a nice shooter.
I do enjoy my little Mak though.
