Re: J.Stevens A&T co
Hi reddneck.....welcome to TFF.
Stevens produced a number of utility grade, side-by-side double-barrel shotguns from 1877 to 1988. They were produced under the names J. Stevens Arms Co., J. Stevens A&T (Arms & Tool) Co., Riverside, Springfield, and Super Value brands.
Your Model 325 is a hammerless boxlock and the Standard Catalog of Firearms gives it a value of:
Exc. - $450
V.G. - $400
Good - $350
Fair - $250
IMPORTANT NOTE: The book doesn't give the dates when the Model 325 was made. IF it was made BEFORE around 1915-1920, it was made for BLACKPOWDER ONLY and is not safe to shoot with modern smokeless powder shotgun shells.
If you plan to try to shoot it, please take it to a good gunsmith and have checked out to see if it's safe with modern ammunition.
