hi all, I recieved my 4500 lube sizer today and tried putting it together. Only prob is the top punch doesn't fit or I am doing something wrong. The top punch shaft measures 6.79mm or.266 in. My calipers are to big to tell me the size of the hole in the lube/sizer. I can call Lyman tomorrow, but want your advice and perhaps you can tell me the size of the shaft on you top puch. My concern will be if I have to get a new lube/sizer or top punch. All is under warenty. Just got today. New from Cabelas as midway was back ordered. Top punch # is 649. Thanks all, Bob

Stupid question time.............Did you loosen the screw that holds the top punch in place? If yes, then look into the hole and see if there is a burr or flash in there or somthing stuck in the hole.

Thanks for the reply. I took it to work today and run a 17/64 bit in the ram. Seemed like there must have been some burrs in there.(not much resistance) Perfect fit and ready to put to use. Enjoy all, Bob
