Lyman has a book specificlly for cast bullets.
LYman Cast Bullet Handbook 3rd. edition. I have used alot of loads in their. The closest one to match your request is 121 gr. I would use that and stay just a hair under maximum. Unique 4.3 - 5.3 gr. Check your own loading data, nra handbook, boyscout manual, or state and federal laws.
