Default My Alberta Whitetail Buck

Here are a couple of pictures of the buck I took in Alberta Canada...was aged to be between 7 and 9 years old with only 4 teeth.

Very unique Buck. I try to harvest a nice four by four or five by five typical every year (over 130) but that buck would definitely had my crosshairs on it had I gotten the chance. Congratulations on a nice buck, the body looks very large,I am thinking that being that age it may not have been as great to eat,am I right? Again thanks for sharing a great buck story. catfish

Thats a great looking buck,it is to bad you did not get to bring the meat home did Canada's games laws make it to big a hassle to get home with it.

That would ruin it for me. We meat hunt first and the trophy is an added bonus. I want my backstraps or I would stay in Canada until I had eaten my deer!

Always wanted an encore, Very rare thing here in Aus. I've only ever seen one.
I have great respect for anyone who hunts with a single shot rifle. Well done
