Beginning in 1956, DOD ordered the military branches to began placing a secret coded number on the DD-214. As of 1977, 20 MILLION vets had a coded number. Many of these codes are BAD, and the result is no jobs. Banks, corporations, life insurance companies have the codes, as well as, State & Federal Gov't agencies. I am the one who took the lawsuit to the US Supreme Ct. on this matter, see, CROSBY v. USAF US Supreme Court Reporter, 101, pages 199 & 797, 1980 Term. Yes, its in 2 places. Millions of veterans with Honorable Discharges have a BAD coded number. You must find out what yours means. Give a FAX # and I will send you documents proving this, some have Courts seal upon them as Exhibits. Currently in Montana to reopen litigation for Fraud on the Court, Failure to obey 2 Federal Ct. orders, and, tampering with 2 Fed. Grand Juries.

I heard about these but it was my understanding that almost anyone could put the code on your records. I'll check mine again but I think I'm alright.
