I would like to build a gun from a blueprint. what kind of loopholes/hurdles would I have to go through to be completely legal? I live in Minnesota. can I make more than 1. are there costs to register the gun. do I have to register it. I repeat I want to be completely legal.

It is legal for an individual to build a firearm (except an assault weapon) for your private use ONLY. Contact the ATF Firearms Technology Branch for precise marking requirements.
