Default Win Mod 70 problem

My brother's Mod 70 lost a part. It is a paddle shaped piece that is about 1.25 inches long. I think it came out from below the bolt but I am not sure. Is there a blueprint of the Mod 70 action out there so I can see if I can fix this? I'll try to get some pics up soon so you can see the exact part.

Liberals, they make about as much sense as a screen door on a submarine.

If you want to be a looser the best way to get there is to hang around with other loosers.

You might try www.gunsworld.com/exploded/win70b.htm

It is not the best schematic but it might help you a little.
