Default Hi Point 9C 9mm Luger + Extended Mags

Anyway, I picked one of these bad boys up for 121 (brand new in box) today @ a gun show (good price since they retail around 150)

Anyway, I was thinking about picking up this:
http://www.uberarms.com/mgpmhip-a1.html

But I am not 100% sure if it will work in my gun. From what I understand the clip will fit but it will have possible feeding problems.

and before someone says it: i know, i got a cheapo gun and shouldve got a glock or something. I just wanted something cheap. I just want to get a bigger mag than my current 8rd mag.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Believe it or not, Hi-Points are a very reliable plinker - regardless of how ugly they are!

I believe the term is "fugly", but I am picking one up for a counter gun for my wife's store....

Did you buy the carbine rifle, or the pistol? The rifle usually retails for $199, and that is what the ProMag magazines are made for. I'm not sure they will work in the pistol.
Also, I've heard lots of mixed reviews about ProMag products in general. The quality doesn't seem to be there. You would be safer just getting more factory mags for your gun. They'll be reliable.
Congrats on your purchase. HiPoints aren't "state of the art", but they work well and are affordable. Two good qualities in my book.

I finally got out and shot it... 50 rounds no jams no problems. It said it has a 100 round break in time. It seems reliable enough..... I bought it new in box saturday.

I know they are for the rifles, but i heard they were interchangable, thus my question
