I am not familiar with that particular rifle but I think with the 40mm bell on the end you will need the medium height. Ignorance is a crime in 49 states. In the other one it is bliss. The receiver is grooved for tip-off mounts. To mount that scope, you are undoubtedly going to need 1" diameter high tip-off rings. None are adjustable for windage. kdub01 *TFF Senior Staff* Posts: 1917 (1/27/03 1:08:48 pm) Reply Re: Winchester Model 310- what size rings? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Millet makes clamp-on rings to fit the grooved receiver, and they have the ability to make windage adjustments. These are available at just about any of the better mail-order places. They do have a degree of windage adjustment. Make sure you get the Angle-Lok, they offer another type of tip-off ring that is not adjustable. Here is a link to their catalog page: www.millettsights.com/catp13.htm
