I have a general idea. I wish I didn't though. It means that I haven't been to the range enough.

I have a five gallon pail of spent primers about 4/5 full which dates back to about 1972 when I began reloading. I have ambitions of calculating how many that is. One rainy day maybe.

I keep an Excel spreadsheet for my 1911s that I update after each range session. I don't keep totals on the others with the exception of the break in period for a new rifle.

Yep, each gun has an exact round count. THis is good info to have especialy on 1911s - as I do not wish to miss changing springs, etc.

I've attempted to do so with a couple new guns. It's a pain in the butt and I don't see any real purpose for it.
Besides, most of my guns are used. One particular Ruger Flat Top had little bluing left when I got it.

I am the king of Excel spreadsheets and I am surprised I do not feel compelled to create one for this.
![]() I just make sure ammo is in the bag before I go the range. ![]()
