Default Model 42 Winchester Shotgun,

Folks,

I have a Model 42 Winchester Shotgun, SN 129617, in 99% condition, which appears to be engraved by Rudolph Kornbrath. The book on Model 42 Winchester's says it was made in 1954. The same book shows a picture of a Kronbrath engraved shotgun which looks nearly identical to the one I have.

I am trying to find out if Randolph Kornbrath was still engraving at that time and if its possible he might have engraved it.

At some point I am also looking to sell it.

Any information you could provide would be appreciated.

Jon
