Exclamation 1932 harpers ferry long rifle

i am curious of the worth of this gun. it has an nra good condition rating and is missing the ramrod. any info on this gun would be great as it could sell at any moment. the guy is asking 450 dollars. should i get it?

Alright so no one answered within the 5 minutes so i was compelled to get a great deal without knowing. So this is a 1932 Harpers Ferry rifle. it is quite interesting. this gun was originally a flintlock rifle that was converted to a percfussion. not sure when thought. it is missing a ramrod rod unfortunately.
any of you come across one of these styles?
