Default Mysterious Quackenbush BB Gun.

I own a Quackenbush BB gun and have no idea what it is or what it's worth. It's in good condition. It's patented January 22 1907. It says : H.M. Quackenbush Herkimer N.Y. USA Pat.Jan.22 1907 along the top of the barrel. I'll try to get a picture of it.

Why mysterious, Quackenbush has been in business for a long time { over a hundred years} and I believe they are all in business. Of course now their main business is but crackers. They made blank guns, air rifles, 22 rifles, Old high wheel bicycles, stakes and so on. Your best bet is to find an air rifle site, your air gun would be of interest to a air gun collector, Or even EE Bay. Their wire stock 22's are only worth a couple hundred in good condition, I dont know what youf air rifle is worth.

I found the value online!!!!

BB/177 cal. Push barrel. Walnut stock, the trigger guard is a 1/2-circle shape.

This is the breakdown of value according to \"Bluebook of Airguns. 6th edition\"
== 90%=$1,600 ==

== 80%=$1,300 ==

== 60%=$1,000 ==

This is like antiques roadshow! (Except that I found the value myself ).

One thing to be concerned about , is it operable, if it doesn't work, then knock those values in half.

Yep, it's fully operable. I shot it quite recently .
