Default A Joke for Art Lovers

A man tried to rob an art gallery. While making his getaway he ran out of gas and was caught by the police. 'I needed the Monay to buy de gas and make the van go' he explained.

Well I liked it...

Did you hear about the feller who thought Herts Van Rental was a dutch artist?

Do any of these work in the US?

Good man. I was a child when I noticed a new TV program on late called Monty Pythons Flying Circus. Being a fan of airplanes I stayed up to watch. You can imagine my surprise! I never looked back and have been a fan to this day. Some say I look a bit like John Cleese, I dont see it myself.

Tranter, was the police officer a "constable" ? if so, he had a "Brush with the law" and was This "Villon" "able" to escape ?, or his he behind "Baars"? or did a good Lawyer save his "Bacon" ?
Perhaps he was working with Ma "Baker", anyway he will always "beyer" criminal. When he got caught it must have been a "Blow", what will his "Daddi" think and his is "Motherwell". Maybe they will let him " Hof mann",then he could "Vanka" the jury, unless he gets " Lippi" with the judge, "Zhen" he would be in trouble.

Enough!

Good grief Charlie, too much time on your hands mate.

Having said that, I got the joke of Doctors on daytime TV, my wife pointed it out. No, really.

Tranter, that joke was great! I watch the BBC/BBC America as often as possible! I do agree, however, that Brit humor is wasted on Americans for the most part. But I love Monty Python's Flying Circus and I got hooked the first time I saw "The Holy Grail." "Killer Rabbits"---only in England! Thanks for sharing with us over here in the wilderness, where I call home, that being the state of Maine, that is!
