Default Does Blazer tone down their .357 Magnum ammo?

Today at the range, we were all enjoying shooting a S&W 6 inch Highway Patrolman.
I loaded .357 Magnums that one guy had managed to pick up made by Blazer. 158 gr Magnums. I shot it...and didn't seem to think there was much of a magnum feel. the N frame is a heavy gun and I love it...but it didn't feel like magnum power. I then put standard .38 Spl. 158 gr ammo in it alongside some of the Blazer magnums....I could hardly tell I was shooting two different rounds.
