I have built 5 of the Razor ones. If you get the drill jig they are very easy..

So what is the law on them? I live in NY whats the registration process?

The fed says you can build any firearm you want for yourself as long as it is not NFA ( unless you get a stamp FIRST ) of course...States I have no idea.

I think the jig cost me 30 bucks and the receiver blanks where 120 each. I have a TON of 10/22 parts around to finish the builds.
