Default Ruger MK III Feeding concerns

I'm having some feeding problems on my MK III. When I hand cycle a mag, it seems to get all fumbled up with either a cartridge extracting and getting half way out, but stuck on the in bound round. Or not really extracting, but laying on top of the in bound round. Any quick fixes? I haven't actually been able to take it out and see if these problems are there under live fire conditions. Perhaps it's just because of my cycling by hand? I wouldn't want to experience this under duress. Any thoughts would be appreciated. TJ

Mine will do this from time to time. But I have no problems with fire conditions. Take it out and fire it and see if it jams then get back with me.
