Default Great day at the range, in spite of the snow

Had a great day at the range today even though it started snowing. The range I shoot at (outdoor) has covered shooting stations so no problem with the snow. Also met a new friend who is retired Army and retired commercial airline pilot. We had a great visit while the only two shooting on the pistol range. Doesn't get any better than that. Think I'll go back tomorrow.

Now I have to go clean two .45's and a .22 pistol. Such an enjoyable chore.

I can't wait until my favorite range opens at the end of March, even though it will snow clear into April sometime (it always does). This has been a hard winter in many ways, but my lack of target time is really starting to bug me! Nearly there.....

You got that right. Some of my best memories are of range days. Just a couple of us, on a range with some handguns, lots of ammo and good weather.

Some folk dont know what their missing.. I sure know I am.

Cold but sunny, thanks for asking. Today is grenade day. Now if I can only figure out on these US Pineapples whether the bumps denote older or younger, some are real flat and others are quite high? Also the hinge on the spoon is different?

I know....they can be a real pain when they get mixed up or come without the little "instructions" still on them....

sometimes only way to decide and determine which is which...is to pull the pins out...i fthey have em...and see if they fit into others..or interchange...?
