Hello Friends,

'Just joined yesterday, so I'm new to the protocol. I live in Central America, and up until recently you could walk into just about 'compre y venta' (Buy and sell store) and get a used firearm. It wasn't legal but no one seemed to care much. I bought a Colt Woodsman, first model, a P-38, a .41 Cal Derringer, a '79 Winchester (.38 WIN cal.), several others and, believe it or not, a fully auto THOMPSON! It had the original drum and stick mags. It came out of Nicaragua. I have a large property and went through 20 rounds in less than 2 seconds. It was like being inside a Harley. I sold it quickly because that is something that the authorities would really get pissy about.

Anyway, my comment/question is does anyone know where I can find the entries about the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Vegas? The item that no one seemed to know about is either a patent model or salesman's sample. This would be an exact replica of the item of which the petitoner is requesting the patent rights, or wants to sell. This was normal because frequently items were just too big to haul around. I have seen many salesman's samples of pianos, safes, etc.
