Default Re: COLT BORDER PATROL

a colt border patrol is a slightly less refined trooper mkIII. the price range is about the same. retail prices for a 80 to 90 % condition border patrol /trooper start at 350.00 . a 100% condition gun would bring 500 to 600 bucks . forget the book values on these colts. the prices have gone up faster than they can print books. another note all colt trooper parts interchange and as for the border patrol being less refined thats is a quote from a colt collector book i have , but the fact is other than the cylinder latch being a matte type finish on the border patrol and the one on the trooper blued the same as the gun there is no noticable difference other than the roll marks on the barrel.
