Well I haven't hogged the thread lately so thought I would post a couple of pictures of Elk or whatever that I have seen in the yard in the last few weeks. Hope you enjoy them.

Here's a picture from my back porch of the Suwannee River at dawn:
Here's another pic of the Suwannee, this time taken from my front porch: Here's my neighbor's cat, hanging out in my tree: Last edited by Suwannee Tim; 06-07-2009 at 01:33 PM.. |

Actually John, Should I have my choice of meats to eat (and I usually do) I would take them in the following order. Lion, Buffalo, Elk, Beef then the rest of the hooved varmits.Deer and Bear are also very good but like Elk I have had so much of it I prefer the Lion or Buffalo. Bobcat however would do to eat if you were starving.
Right next to Tuna in my books. Just my opinion. catfish

You are one lucky guy catfish, we have the occasional deer, but that would be an awesome experience with all of those critters

When I was a youngster my buddy and I decided to try to eat one of everything that flies, walks, creeps or crawls in Florida. Here they are in reverse order of preference:
