Have a question for the more experienced collectors here.I purchased a C&R handgun from a seller that does not have a C&R FFL.The handgun was mis-represented and i need info on how to properly return the handgun to get my money back. All info is much appreciated.

It must be returned to him through a FFL01 holder since he does not have a FFL03 or 01 himself. If you are from the same state then the return can be done face to face. Your disposition in your bound book must show this return also.
