Some months back, someone posted a link to a survey for SOG knives. http://www.thefirearmsforum.com/show...ght=SOG+survey
If you completed the survey you were supposed to receive a free knife. According to my records, I did that survey on March 29. I ain't got no knife. Has anybody gotten their free knife?

No, I haven't. I've wondered about that too. What I have received are emails trying to sell me knives. I don't imagine it's muchof a knife they were giving away.

Mine arrived today. I am decidedly unimpressed. Even for a free knife, it's a "what the hell do you use this for?" And it didn't even come sharp. I've never seen a knife that didn't come sharp from the factory. I've seen a lot that you could not get to take another edge, and lots that the factory edge wore off quickly, but they've all been sharp, before.

Received mine today. The whole whopping 1 3/4 inches of it. Wouldn't say it is sharp enough to shave with, but good enough to cut a string or something.
They did what they said they would do. I'm happy.....well....satisfied. ![]() ![]()
