Default The High and Might Be. . . . Her Honor, Barbie Boxer. . . .

has aptly demonstrated her arrogant liberal underpinnings. Shocked and awed that a decorated serviceman; a brigadier general in the United States Army, A man in charge of more lives and square footage than Barbie will ever get a grasp of, had the audacity to refer to her in a gender specific title!

This uncouth ruffian had the unmitigated gall to call her. . . are you ready, yes the horrible word is coming, he called her Ma'am! He referred to the men as sir and to Ms. Boxer as Ma'am! Oh the horror!

Perhaps this elected official felt denigrated. Maybe she felt disenfranchised. Possibly felt her cronies back home would find this term demeaning. I really don't know but I do know that she is an elected servicewoman. She needs a tad bit of humility when standing in the company of a man who has offered his very life in service of this country.

Respect and dignity are earned and perhaps she should be apprised of this too. She clearly does not understand what happened as she is stubbornly refusing to apologize for her incredibly poor behavior.

What an embarrassment.

I had to add this, very appropriate:

Michael Naragon
The Constitutional Alamo
Holding out to defend the Republic…

Full story on his blog here

But in every other corner of the United States, when she is compared to someone like Walsh–someone who has actually accomplished things in a competitive environment, Boxer comes off as a pretentious, paranoid, pathetic woman who clings to the trappings of power like a bloated piglet, sucking desperately at the teat of political authority.

This just shows how arrogant and ignorant this goofy woman is. The General deserves more respect for his service to our country, than she ever will. Goes to show you the mind set with the elite in DC.

A touch of class, Babs. The general also worked hard and earned his title. Probably putting his life, and the lives of those under him, on the line. Ms/Mrs/Senator/Ma'am Boxer, you are a real piece of work. Thanks ever so much or your contributions to our country. (Sarcasm, here) TJ

I sent this twit an e-mail reminding her that she worked for him not the other way around.
Also, that the man that she had her snit fit at had probably put his life on the line in the service of our country at one time or another while she was no more than a parasite latched on to the public butt cheek.

If anybody would like to contact Madame Boxer, here's her link:

P.S.

A little side note here. Brig. Gen. Walsh was the man in charge of getting the public infrastructure up and running in Iraq in 2006-2007. He's been in the Corps of Engineers for 30+ years.

I would probably not have called her "Ma'am." I would probably have used "Madam." And, I'm sure, you all know what a "Madam" is.

Perhaps someone should remind Ms. Boxer that "Senator" is the name of her JOB and not really a title.

How many male senators have made an issue out of being addressed as "Sir"??? Not any that I know of!

Actually it is a title, and it's for life. The proper honorific when addressing them is "Senator". If a senator leaves office, runs for congress and goes back to Washington as a congressman, he/she is still addressed on the floor as "Senator". Same is a former President is addressed as "Mr President " for life unless in the presence of the sitting President.

Technically, she was right, but very few senators would be such a B.... about it!

Oh Bull. She just saw "A Few Good Men" and was imitating it. I'm going to write her and when I get the reply, I'm going to re-reply and request that she address me as, "Sergeant," because frankly, I think I've earned it. What a crock in a world of proper respect which also encompasses "Sir" and "Ma'am." Too bad he didn't say, "Madame" like Bruce said!

What a frickin' P.O.S. premadonna.

Here is the response I got from her office (says her but I doubt it).

I have a feeling that it was a form response.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx:

Thank you for contacting me regarding the recent Senate hearing with Brigadier General Michael Walsh. I appreciate hearing from you on this matter.

Shortly after the hearing, I called General Walsh, and we had a friendly and productive conversation. We expressed our respect for one another and our determination to work together to protect our nation and communities from natural disasters.

Thank you again for writing to me. Please feel free to contact me in the future about this or any other issue of concern to you.

Barbara Boxer
United States Senator

"Natural disasters?" Does that include terrorist attacks? Oh wait, Barry says that those are "manmade disasters"

Boxer is still a douchebag.

Why, yes I did, and she (or one of her minions) has thanked my for contacting her and letting her know how I feel. She (or one of her minions) has assured me that my thoughts are considered, and that she appreciates my input (thank you very much). She (or one of her minions) also stated that I should feel free to waste my time and contact her (or one her minions) again. I think rather not. TJ

I'm just curious.

If I legally changed my name to 'His Royal Holy Yodel Majesty'; would she address me as such?

"So, Your Royal Holy Yodel Majesty, might I ask you a question"?

Arrogance, stupidity, and disrespect has no bounds.

I just scanned the front page of that blog site. There is a story talking about the scheduled Atalnta Tea Party on 4 July. It was supposed to take place at a local mall, but the owners of the mall denied them permission. The owners are Obamites and apparently contributed heavily to Barry and other Democrats. Looking over the list of malls, one of them in Concord Mills in Concord, NC. That happens to be the location of the local Bass Pro Shop. So now if I buy something from Bass Pro Shop, I'm giving money to liberal Obamites! They also own the Orange Park Mall in Orange Park, FL. I spent much time and money there in my youth. So now it sickens me to think that I gave money to a company that supports the socialist that is destroying my country

Thanks 1755 for that info, my family will no longer shop with O.Park mall, Rengency's not that far away. Now that was info I can use. I also send the boxter an e-mail requesting that she grovel at the feet of the Brig. Gen and beg forgivness. Respect is earned and she has once again disgraced her office. Maybe the brig. gen should run for her position durring the next election cycle.
