Just wanted to post this one to the forum. Some of the guys form TX have already tried it. I call it Bikers Stew because when you are traveling on a motorcycle you just can't carry a lot of things, and this one is simple. In a large enough pot, add one can of Denty Moore beef stew, and an equal sized can of Wolf brand chilli. Heat and serve. We like it over rice, and you absolutly must have a bottle of LA hot sauce by your plate! How simple is that? And it is really good!

Have you posted this before? I know I've read it and plan to try it. I love rice in my chili because that's the way mom used to make it, possibly because they grew up dirt poor and just wanted to make it go further.
![]() She called it a "chili con carne", which really only means peppers with meat... Nothing to do with rice, but man is it good. Crpdeth

Sounds great! We have a festival here in McKeesport PA every year called international village. All ethnic groups bring their food and sell it. The African people sell what they call bula bula stew, I love it. I know they use Dinty Moore stew as I see the cans behind the booth and now thanks to Carver I think I know what the other ingredients are. Chili!!! I think I'm gonna try this at home where I can pitch it and get something else if I don't like the outcome before I am somewhere food it rationed such as on the road or camping. JUNK
BTW This festival is 3 days long every nationality is there selling their wares. Talk about a food fest. I even get it to go every night so I can eat it for lunch the next day. I don't know if it acts on other people that way it does me. I will have to check the pollution index in August when the festival comes back.
