Question S&W Model 41 22 Call

Having problems with misfires on my Mod 41. Tried all types of ammo with not much success. When I examined the misfired rounds, notice that it appaered that firing pin was only nicking the primer. Is firing pin damaged??
Anyone else had similar problems?

the channel that the pin sits in or the pin itself may have fouling on it not allowing it to go full forward. Seen this on a few 22 semi's and revolvers. You'll need to remove the pin to clean properly.
