Lightbulb Found a used blue press with extras...

I found a decent looking deal and figured I would share it wit you all. If I was in the market for a Dillon right now I would grab this if it stays reasonable.

Right now it is at $355, that is a good deal for someone, if the bid stays at or below about $400. I paid about $350 just for the basic press and related items that come with it. That extra powder measure setup is worth about $100 by itself.

It is now up to $380. I hope it gets sold at this price. I hope even more that it is a member of these forums.

$483 at noon 7/23. What would this cost new? I've noticed that sometimes on ebay "bidding fever" strikes and someone winds up paying more than new price! IIRC I saw a Lee Loader go for about $40 a while back.

Well Dillon does have the NO BS warranty so even if you get one used its as good as new if you ever need it worked on by Dillon.

I would not count on Dillon extending the warrantee to second owners. They may be doing it now but I'll bet they can argue that it only pertains to the original purchaser.

A new one is about $400 without any extras, set up to reload one cartridge. I'd buy a new one, but that's just me.

I agree with you 3ME. I paid $350 for my press, you will get but one toolhead, one powder drop attachment, and necessary primer tubes & wrenches with the press. I would guess that he has about 6 bills in that setup!.

With a couple more days left on this auction, I can see this thing going for a lot more than it is worth!! I am going to keep an eye on it, just for curiosity sake!

With 15 min. to go & $655 bid, I'm gunna guess it will sell for $701 + shipping. Most don't want to have to buy all of the extra's separately & then have to wait (possibly months) for everything to be "in stock" & shipped.
