Anyone knows where I can find instruction of detail striping MP and P99. manual and video of Glock and 1911 can be found everywhere. but not for MP and P99.

You can find instruction to field strip the M&P here.
http://stevespages.com/pdf/s&w_m&p_pistols.pdf This doesn't show a full detail strip though, and unless you find someone with an armorer's manual I doubt you will find a full detail strip.
