Why is it for men only? Are the instructions in pictures or something?

I didn't want to offend anyone; even though the site is barely PG, I didn't feel it prudent to just post out there for anyone and everyone. I think after the feedback that I have received, it would be fine to post, so here it is.

And yes, Diana, there's visual instructions for us guys! Nothing past a PG rating on the site though. ( the book is a different story )

The author and his wife are regular poker players at the casino where my mother deals. They're a great couple; always fun and lively. The authors wife did all the illustration in the cookbook. It's been one of the few books that I've actually read cover-to-cover in the last few years; it's an absolutely comical and culinary success.
